About the Event

After delivering at local and international schools, we are bringing our famous ‘Drawing Board to Board Room’ workshops to the community.

What you’ll learn:

  • Taking a creative idea from scratch, developing it and pitching it to a studio.
  • Working in a creative team under pressure
  • Presenting and clarifying your ideas

Are there any requirements to attend?

  • None

Who is this course is for?

  • Anyone who wants to learn about the creative process and basic drawing skills
  • Content will be age specific

Do I need to bring anything?

  • All course resources are supplied by us

Who will be tutoring me?

What will I own when I finish the workshop?

  • A greater understanding of how to put together a comic
  • A fully fledged character designed by you
  • Potential prize for best art, best presentation and best design

Please note: These workshops are free and the £1 charge is to reserve your place. Upon attending and completing the workshop it will be refunded. Any non-attendance, the charge will be donated to Our Chartist Heritage.
