SESSIONS AT THE WESTGATE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Ages 10 - 14 starts 9:00 ends 12:00
Ages 14 - 18 starts 13:00 ends 1600
What you’ll learn:
- Taking a creative idea from scratch, developing it and pitching it to a studio.
- Working in a creative team under pressure
- Presenting and clarifying your ideas
Are there any requirements to attend?
- None
Who is this course is for?
- Anyone who wants to learn about the creative process and basic drawing skills
- Content will be age specific
Do I need to bring anything?
- All course resources are supplied by us
Who will be tutoring me?
What will I own when I finish the workshop?
- A greater understanding of how to put together a comic
- A fully fledged character designed by you
- Potential prize for best art, best presentation and best design
Please note: These workshops are free and the £1 charge is to reserve your place. Upon attending and completing the workshop it will be refunded. Any non-attendance, the charge will be donated to Our Chartist Heritage.
